3 a baltimore county police officer fatally shoots a man in north point.it happened late last night.police say 40-year old nathan mcccrmick charged at the officer with a knife.megan gilliland is live from the scene with ámoreá on what led to the gun fire. fire.good morning patrice,we're live in the 7300 block of berkshire.around 9:30 last night... police responded here to a call of a man threatening to harm himself

and his girlfriend. girlfriend.according to police, nathan mccormick and his girlfriend had been arguing on and off for the past couple of weeks.when police responded to his house... mccormick answered the door... armed with two knifes.officers asked him to drop the weapons... and that's when they say... mccormick charged the officers with the knifes.one officer fired... and hit mccormick. 12:22:13"they just shot him for no reason in the door"butt with:12:22:20"how could they be threatened they were outside he was inside"12:29:57 "he attacked the officer moved towards at least two officers" officers"at this point it's unclear where mccormick was shot or even how many times. but we do know that he was taken to bayview hospital... and pronounced dead. right now internal affairs is investigating the shooting. live in baltimore county, megan gilliland, fox45 morning news. the trial continues today...

for the man accused of killing an elderly security guard at a chinese carry-out last year.michael hunter faces first-degree murder charges... in the killing of 72-year-old charlee bowman.the trial was postponed several times... after accusations of witness intimidation.a jury was finally selected last week.a co-defendant in bowman's guilty. a baltimore man's 80th birthday comes and goes... andd still there's no sign of him. him.john bagley would have been 80 on sunday... but instead of celebrating... his family in northeast baltimore is frantically searching for him.relatives say bagley was sitting on the porch ...with a relative...who briefly left to go inside.that's when bagley vanished. the family has been searching for more than a month now...handing out fliers...to anyone who will listen. "i love him more than words can explain if anyone sees him even two weeks ago, any lead at this time would be better than nothing" nothing"bagley was last seen wearing a polo shirt, blue kahki pants and brown loafers.
